    Don't use ADF on sensitive documents.
    Lesson learned. Usually I just go by how crumpled and frayed the pages already are. If they look like they won't go smoothly, no ADF. Now I've got a new rule for the sensitive docs. Will probably slow me down immensely, but it's the only way. I'm not willing to take that 1/1000 chance anymore.

    Florida tries to ban sex with animals, but it fails again.
    You’d think an anti-bestiality law would be a slam dunk to pass, but apparently not in Florida. In spite of vocal complaints from residents about the issue and a major push from Democratic State Senator Nan Rich, a provision making bestiality illegal failed to pass in Florida legislature this week; the state now remains one of several without specific legislation on the matter.

    Exactly my point. If consent is the issue and animals are incapable of consent, then they cannot consent to anything we do to them and so anything we do to animals is unacceptable; killing in particular is one that stands out, but it would also be unacceptable to keep them as pets as well.

    That happened to me in May.

    ALSO: The bourbon has effected me far more than I originally thought. I remember now why I don't usually drink hard liquor. No more straight hard liquor, lesson relearned.
