The World Is A Beautiful Place And I Am No Longer Afraid To Die is incredibly uplifting post-emo/twinkle daddy music and it is distracting me from writing my essay.
Math the Band's new album "Get Real" that came out today is a high-energy, electronic pop-punk opus worthy of standing alongside the greats of the genre.
I was talking to Dan Deacon on Twitter last night, remarking how cool it would be for him and Girl Talk to do a live mashup set. He replied that he nearly played a secret show with Spank Rock and Girl Talk a year ago, but they got busted by the cops right before they started playing.
Autotheism, the most recent album by The Faceless. Not a masterpiece by any means, but one hell of a metal album and definitely an improvement and expansion over their older stuff.

Then just today I got some more money in time for Christmas, so I bought a full album of his, Raindrops & Elephants. Pretty awesome range of styles including hip hop, electronic, electro swing, world, and even a bit of classical. Definitely recommended. You can actually listen to the whole album legally and free here:
