Smugleaf might end up being Grass/Dragon, which would be the coolest thing ever when it comes to starters.
I don't think they'd do that unless the little otter was an ice type, or else it'd throw off the balance between the starters (and even then it'd be thrown off). The little snake does seem to be based off of the Kusanagi/Orochi legend a little bit, though, so its final evolution had better be awesome stuff.

I am really hoping these are fake, despite how much I'm loving the pokabu evos. What the hell is up with that wonky narwhal-dog that mijumaru turns into? What happened to samurai-otter? Maybe I could grow to like it, but for now I'm calling lame on the final water stage.
As for grass, it looks cool, but looks a little off to me. Maybe just cuz it's so blurry, it looks kinda fake.
Boo's evos look the most pokemon-like as a whole to me. I think they're great. I'm not gonna start freaking out until there's a definite confirmation though. Never forget - Shaymin Sky Forme.

Would be ridiculous. I highly doubt they're going to make a starter part Dragon type ever. See Charizard.

Wotter and the first evolution makes one think Water/Fighting. The third stage makes no fucking sense.
I personally hope they're not official, but I'll wait till Nintento/Game Freak tells us themselves before I believe hyped up stuff that is claimed to be 'confirmed' by unspecified sources.
Also, Dento's gym is possibly going to be a 3-on-3 gimmick gym, he uses the grass type acrobat monkey (as speculated before).
Serebii claims that those starters are pretty much confirmed. I don't know what to think, really. I'm sure I'll grow to love the new starters, but I'm sorely disappointed that we didn't get a full-fledged Otter Samurai.

The same way other equally trustworthy sources claim they are fake, also from their sources. I don't really care, if the second stage for Wotter is true and I don't like the third stage, I'll just stick an everstone on him.
