Might get Bioshock 2 for $5. It probably sucks, but I could use some single player fps action.
it's a pale shadow of the original, which isn't a very good shooter in its own right. Serious Sam 3 and Bulletstorm are around the same price right now I think.
There seems to be a growing mass of people who shit on the original Bioshock, but I'd like to just throw in my 2 cents and say I really loved that game. If only for the fact that I don't ever see people sticking up for it.
That being said I do not have high hopes for Bioshock 2 based on what I have seen/heard.

I wasn't shitting on Bioshock; it had an intriguing premise, a well realized world and a story that was pretty well told, even if the last few hours kind of fell apart.
It was mechanically mediocre though; the devs were and the marketing were writing cheques that the upgrade/plasmid systems couldn't cash, the morality system was shallow even back then, the hacking was tedious, etc.

Oh shit this game is some sweet up dope stuff. Fun Serious Sam type gameplay. You got an arena, and you got shit trying to kill you. Really pretty and runs well to boot. It just feels so nice to aim, and the free DLC that was added makes the game so much more longer.
