  • This is a work in progress, but I felt like putting it online. I plan on re-recording the vocals during the day when I'm free to use more power in my voice.
I'm just your problem WIP by SonicDH
  • I knocked a glass of water onto my laptop and then got sick, so everything's been set back a bit. Still working on words for that Cyclops Rock beat, though.
  • Nice Sonic, that's one of my favorite Adventure Time songs.

And no worries Walker, that beat's getting a little bit of a makeover. Going to try a new key, chord progression, and adding guitars, so I might have a totally new version for you to work with next week after I'm done with finals.
  • Just bought a couple of comp notebooks. Gonna maybe start freestyling and writing a little bit.

Running (away) From the Ghoul(friend) by Cielmort

Anyone want to give it a try at rapping something fierce and semi deathgrips-like on top of this?

Also, yes, I did not quit music, hurray!
I missed this. This is awesome. I'd love to try spitting over it.

    Also, babby's first rap hook:

    The Fight by Yossarian.

  • I wrote a song for someone, not done yet. Kinda conceptual. Just thought I'd share.

    [verse 1]
the bill piling up, stacks in the living room
riling up the pops shotgun didn't try enough
i didn't smile enough and i let darkness get me
drunk in the living room belt biting to whip me
under a lamp lights flicker all shadows will temp me
holding my eyes for ransom stress is the fuckin cancer im empty,
two ways out with one of them whispering buckshot, so send me
the other my mother holding me in heaven saying
    baby the pain will stop
and in that single moment of revelation is when i hope
    the hammer drop
    and you know its servitude,
2am parking lot between the vodka shots
    the thoughts im racing through

    [chorus]
and all i want to do is just jump off the rooftops
soaring through the air hoping all the fucking pain stops
its never clear if its coming through the rain drops
its never clear if its in the air as i drift into orbit
never fucking clear if I should struggle or quit
its just this, or more shit, just turn the ignition
start up the car, turn the ignition, start up the car

    [verse 2]
hoping that this information is deliverable
so this is the message that im giving you
she sits back in her chair says yes it is coming through
well im glad youve now see what ive seen
or at least you seen into my dreams
    no thunder, no lightning
    it might seem frighting
but this is my life this aint no pipe dream
how do they expect us to fly
when its no left wing, all right wing
  • That collab between me and Walker you've all been waiting for is finally here. I think it turned out great. We're gonna do it again sometime.

Depth Perception feat. Yossarian by Cyclops Rock
  • I dig it.

    I'm having writers block...

  • I did not make this, but it was made for my project. And I guess I made the album art.

This beat will punch your skull out.

    Plonk by Yossarian.

  • Oh man... I needed my skull.
  • It is the price we pay for hot shit like that.
  • Hajime no 8-bit
Disappointed it wasn't "You Wa Shock!"

    Hajime no 8-bit
Disappointed it wasn't "You Wa Shock!"
    ("Hajime no", not "Hokuto no")

But now that you mention it, so am I.

    Oh derp.

They are just both so manly and awesome they occupy the same space in my brain.
  • It's not really my band's policy to put out WIPs online, but I just felt like putting this up here since it's one of the best jam sessions we've ever had. It started out with me doing drum fill exercises (hence why some of them are painfully bad), then our guitarist just started playing, and about half way through our singer starts plucking some lyrics out of the air. It's going to be something really good soon.
Jam Session - Taxi by No Viable Option

  • If you're into gangster rap at all, check this stuff out. A lot of it is unmixed and half-freestyled, but it was a lot of fun to make and most of it bangs.

The vocals are a bit potato right now (I've been on Imgur too long), but it's got a good sound. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

  • Here's a little bit of a work in progress:
    Sundancin' by Yossarian.
  • Have I told you that you've been killing it lately? Holy fucking shit, man. That blew my face off.
  • Here's a little bit of a work in progress:
Man, this is rad as hell. Can't wait to hear the finished product.
  • Dawg, that's like Weareallgoingtoburninhell-status. Lookin' good.
  • Holy shit. That is awesome. That is "That's right, motherfuckers; I don't give two fucks about your bullshit. Now excuse me while I walk like a baddass and leave you all slackjawed from my sheer awesomeness" music.

  • I might as well drop this here:

  • I now have 6 tracks recorded for my "Two Minute Pop" album. Which, in total, comes to 12 minutes of music. Hopefully I can get this finished up in the next few months!
  • Here is a thing I put together by mashing up a bunch of corrupt image data and tweaking it to create something that bears resemblance to "music".
  • Leprosy (Yesterday). Words by Luke Burrage, music by Paul McCartney.

Mobile Application Development Anthem by Oscelesti

New song, made in order to show how to use Ableton Live for one of my classes. I don't think it came out too badly.
