I asked my dad, who was a big Happy Days fan, and he said that he and everyone he knew stopped watching immediately upon shark jumpage; that part of their routine just disappeared. I don't think that can be said about any part of ponies yet.
That is a total anecdote, seeing how many views the episodes are getting on Youtube, or the thousand of people who watched the episode on the streams.
And "he and everyone he knew stopped watching immediately upon shark jumpage" isn't? Besides, I have said that Discord of Harmony was some of the best animation of the last couple years, and they're not watching that.
Shadoworc, did your friends give any reason why they haven't watched it? Sounds to me like your sentence is missing a "yet" at the end. Judging from what o_s is saying, his father and other people stopped watching Happy Days in the middle because it became awfully bad. Your friends sound like they haven't even tried, or are waiting for the season to be complete and watch it all in one go.

No. It puzzles me too. But then, I don't understand what my friends do with their spare time. When I ask they answer "y'know, stuff." No, actually, I don't know.
A very good friend of mine (maybe-girlfriend) made a custom of my own little pony, Honeybloom.
The mane and tail need to be fixed up since they're still kind of stiff. But that aside I am very, very pleased!
Also, I agree with TheWhaleShark. I have thoroughly enjoyed every episode of season 2 and I think the writers all have a firmer grasp on who the characters are now. I don't think the shark has been jumped at all, and I'm still really enjoying the show for what it is.
I genuinely enjoyed this week's episode, but it's probably because whenever I try to help my mom with housework, it always seems to end with her telling at me.
Oh it could. There are already patterns out there of cross-stitch ponies. I could make several up as well with the software I have, but I honestly don't have the time, nor do I plan on doing any cross-stitch ponies anytime soon.
None of my brony friends have watched any of the new season.
Then they're not bronies. The most overused word in all fandom is the word "fan." It comes from fanatic: "a person with an extreme and uncritical enthusiasm or zeal, as in religion or politics."
I consider "Brony" somewhere above fan. Bronies are the ones who discuss the show, create content around the show, make PMVs, and complain about fannon being ruined. Just watching or having watched something doesn't make you a fan. Just watching MLP:FiM doesn't make you a "Brony"

By the way, since a few of these have been posted, the creator is doing weekly updates here: http://mlponies.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=411]

Still I'm sure hilarity will ensue.
